Personalized outreach
Custom workflows for emails, LinkedIn messages and follow-ups, based on current signals and research.
Why nobody replies to mass messages
The problem: Everyone knows these emails: same structure, same phrases, only the company name swapped out. Recipients need two seconds to spot it, and the message is deleted just as fast. More volume does not make it better, it just ruins the reply rate and eventually the domain. Real personalization by hand does work, but at ten minutes of research per contact, the day is over after twenty messages.
The solution: We build outreach workflows that work per contact instead of per list. The system collects current signals, say a job change, a new post, open positions or company news, adds research on the person and the company, and builds the message from that: its own opener, a fitting argument, a coherent follow-up. That works for email and LinkedIn just as well as for call preparation. It gets strongest in combination with deliberately built lead lists: the enriched data from the list building is exactly the fuel for the personalization. And we do not start from zero: our workflows carry the experience of more than a million outreach messages sent.
What happens next: The sequences do not just plow through. Follow-ups react to what happened before: no reply, a click, a profile visit. Replies land where your team works, in the CRM or straight in the inbox. And the system keeps learning: we continuously analyze which openers and phrasings get replies and feed that back into your workflows. So the outreach gets better with every campaign instead of louder.
Typical scenarios
The core is always the same: collect signals, build the message, follow up. You combine the channels as needed. These are the most common scenarios from our projects.
- Email sequences with an opener: Every email starts with an individual reference: a post by the recipient, news from the company, a fitting signal. The rest of the sequence builds on it.
- LinkedIn outreach: Connection requests and messages that fit the person instead of the template. Tuned to profile, role and activity.
- Call preparation: Your team does not call cold. For every contact there is a briefing with company context, signals and a conversation opener.
- Combined with list building: First the right list, then the right message. If we also identify the right customers beforehand, the entire outbound process comes from one source.
