Social Content Creator – B2B (m/f/d)

Remote/Hybrid (Berlin or Hamburg)

YOUR TASKS

TL;DR You develop and produce content for bakedwith, mainly for LinkedIn and Instagram. You find topics, write hooks, write posts, get in front of the camera, film, edit and publish. Idea, script, shoot, edit, posting and analysis are all yours. We are not looking for a social media manager who coordinates content, but for someone who makes it.

Write and publish LinkedIn posts
You find the topics, write the hook and ship the post. No approval loops around three corners.

Short-form video for LinkedIn and Instagram
You produce short video formats for both platforms, from the first script to the finished edit.

Get in front of the camera yourself
You explain AI and automation topics on camera, clearly and without jargon.

Develop hooks, scripts and formats
You follow current social trends, test new formats and build on what works.

Film and edit
Camera, sound and editing are yours. There is no big production team, but there are short paths.

Analyse what lands
You look at which content generates reach, engagement and inbound requests, and scale the formats that do.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

You are comfortable on camera
This is the most important point. Without it the role does not work.

You can explain complex topics simply
And keep them interesting while doing it.

A feel for hooks and storytelling
You know why someone scrolls past after two seconds, or does not.

You can film and edit
You do not need a studio, but you should be able to finish a video on your own.

You understand LinkedIn and Instagram
You know what works on which platform and do not treat them the same.

Fast and pragmatic
You would rather test several ideas than spend weeks on one perfect one.

AI knowledge is not a must
You do not have to be an AI expert yet. But you should want to get deep into the topics and turn them into good content.

WHAT MATTERS MORE TO US THAN YOUR CV

Show us what you have made instead. That can be your own TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube account, content for a brand, or other videos and posts you produced yourself.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US

Responsibility for our organic content
You do not get the channel to manage, you get it to build.

Freedom on formats, topics and ideas
There is no finished playbook for you to work through.

Direct access to real AI projects
Our use cases come from live client work, not from desk research.

Short decision paths
You talk to the founding team directly. Approvals take minutes, not days.

Remote-first
We work remotely with a team in Berlin and Hamburg.

ABOUT BAKEDWITH

bakedwith builds AI automations and software for tech companies, startups and mid-sized businesses. We take over the work that marketing and sales teams do manually every week: enriching leads, writing outreach, maintaining the CRM, pulling reports together. We translate those routines into workflows, and where no suitable tool exists, we build it ourselves.

More than 30 companies work with us, among them OMR, Dr. Emi, Trailblazer and the Entrepreneurs' Organization. Usually as a long-term partnership, occasionally as a single project.

Our offices are in Berlin and Hamburg, but the company is built remote-first. So far we have grown mainly through referrals and our own network. Our claim sums up what we are after: „Giving people back time to do things that really matter.“

READY TO GET STARTED WITH US?

Send us 3 to 5 content pieces you produced yourself through the form on this page. And answer three short questions:

1.
Which one is your favourite and why?

2.
What content would you make for bakedwith first?

3.
Which three accounts are producing especially good social content right now?

Whatever background, origin or identity you bring: what interests us is who you are as a person and what you want to move. We live a culture of respect, openness and shared growth.
