Analyze & automate processes
You identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and develop smart automations with tools such as Make.com, n8n or Airtable, from the initial idea to implementation.
Develop & integrate AI solutions
You won't just be building static automations; you'll be working with AI agents, OpenAI integrations and modern AI applications to create flexible learning systems.
Accompany customer projects
You work closely with our customers, from medium-sized companies to corporations. You analyse their processes, implement solutions and ensure that automation is sustainably anchored.
Enablement & knowledge transfer
You conduct workshops, train teams and help build an automation and process thinking culture in companies.
Think & try out innovatively
Keep up with the times by testing new tools, sharing your knowledge internally and externally, and advancing the technological capabilities of bakedwith.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
Mindset first
You think in terms of processes and systems. You love discovering, questioning and improving inefficient processes and enjoy making things easier and smarter.
Hands-on automation experience
You already have practical experience with no-code/low-code tools such as Make.com, n8n or similar platforms, ideally in a startup, an agency or in your own project.
AI & Tools
You are familiar with OpenAI, API Management (Postman, Swagger), Airtable, Clay or similar tools and understand how to integrate AI into workflows in a meaningful way.
Customer focus & strong communication skills
You can easily explain complex technical relationships and enjoy working with people, supporting them on their automation journey.
Quick comprehension
You quickly familiarise yourself with new systems, industries and processes and remain structured and solution-oriented even with complex projects.
Your background
You have completed a degree (e.g. computer science, business informatics, business administration, media), completed an apprenticeship or are a career changer with verifiable practical experience.
languages
Fluent German is mandatory, good English is a plus.
