YOUR TASKS
TL; DR You coordinate our external editors, take care of our LinkedIn content and ensure that we are visible with the right content.
Coordinate external editors
You brief our content freelancers, coordinate collaboration, review texts and ensure that the quality is right and deadlines are met.
Write your own texts
From time to time, you also write blog articles, LinkedIn posts or other texts about AI & Automation yourself. You make complex topics understandable and exciting.
Maintain LinkedIn content
You take care of our LinkedIn presence, create posts, plan content and ensure that we are regularly present and show our expertise.
Develop new content ideas
You observe trends in the areas of AI, automation and process optimization, contribute fresh topic ideas and develop new content formats.
Conduct keyword research
You research relevant keywords, analyse search volume and competition, and make sure that we write articles that are also found.
Develop freebies & infographics
You develop ideas for download content such as checklists, templates or guides and create concepts for infographics that visually present complex topics.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
Writing & storytelling talent
You can write well, understandably explain complex topics and tell stories that captivate people. You have a sense of tonality and know how to make B2B content exciting.
Interest in AI & Automation
You don't have to be a tech professional, but you have to be interested in learning about AI and process automation. You find it exciting how technology is changing companies.
LinkedIn & content tools
Ideally, you have already worked with LinkedIn, understand what works on the platform and know tools such as Canva, WordPress or similar content management systems.
Basic SEO understanding
You know how keyword research works and have ideally already worked with tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Semrush or similar.
Structured way of working
You keep an eye on several content projects in parallel, work independently and meet deadlines. You can prioritise, knowing what's important and when.
Strong communication skills
You're good at communicating with freelancers, giving clear feedback, and making sure everyone knows what needs to be done.
Your background
You are currently studying (e.g. marketing, communication, media, journalism, business administration or a similar subject) and have at least 1-2 years of study ahead of you.
availability
You can work for us 15-20 hours a week and are available for the long term.
languages
Fluent German is mandatory, good English is a plus.
