YOUR TASKS
TL; DR You manage our internal automations, optimize existing processes and support our team with exciting customer projects — in doing so, you get to know the most advanced AI and automation tools from the ground up.
Manage & optimize automations
You take care of our internal automations, make sure they run smoothly and optimize them continuously. You identify potential for improvement and implement them independently.
Develop new ideas
You bring in fresh ideas on how we can make our own processes even smarter. You think along, question existing processes and suggest creative solutions.
Support customer projects
You work closely with our automation specialists and support the implementation of customer projects. You gain practical experience in real B2B projects with measurable impact.
Learn tools & technologies
Learn how to build complex workflows with the most important automation tools, such as Make.com and N8n, and discover how they can streamline your processes. You will also gain insights into AI integrations with OpenAI and other modern tools.
Documentation & knowledge development
You document automations, create how-to guides and actively contribute to structuring and sharing our internal knowledge.

Technical interest & curiosity
You enjoy tech topics, are interested in automation and AI, and want to understand how systems work. You don't have to be a pro, but you have to want to poke your way in.
Structured & independent way of working
You work in an organised manner, keeping track of various tasks and organising yourself well. You ask for help when you need it, but you also take the initiative.
Hands-on mentality
You are not just a theoretician, but want to try out, test and implement things. You're not afraid of failing and learning from it.
First experience (optional)
Ideally, you've already experimented with no-code tools such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms — whether at university, in projects, or privately. But even if not, if you're motivated, we'll teach you everything.
Your background
You are currently studying (e.g. computer science, business informatics, business administration, media or a similar subject) and have at least 1-2 years of study ahead of you.
availability
You can work for us 15-20 hours a week and are available for the long term.
languages
Fluent German is mandatory, good English is a plus.
