TL; DR You are responsible for our growth funnel, scale our visibility in the B2B sector and use modern tools and AI to work faster and smarter.
Own the Growth Funnel
You are responsible for the entire marketing funnel from awareness to conversion. You'll continuously analyze, optimize, and develop strategies to generate qualified leads and fill our pipeline.
Run Paid Acquisition Campaigns
You plan, implement and optimize performance campaigns across relevant channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.). You work data-driven, test different approaches and scale what works.
Develop & implement content strategy
You will develop a well-thought-out content strategy for various channels, including LinkedIn, newsletters and websites. You understand what motivates our target group and how to showcase our expertise.
Use AI to move faster & smarter
You actively use AI tools to work more efficiently: whether content creation, campaign optimization, data analysis or automation of marketing processes. You are keen to experiment and are always on the lookout for smart solutions.
Measure & optimize performance
You define KPIs, track performance and derive data-based decisions. You know what works and what doesn't — and you act accordingly.

B2B marketing experience
You have already gained experience in B2B marketing and understand how to address medium-sized companies and corporations. You know the customer journey and how longer sales cycles work.
Lead generation expertise
You've been proven to have successfully generated leads, whether through paid campaigns, content marketing, events, or other channels. You understand what makes a qualified lead.
Tool-savvy
You are confident in using modern marketing tools: CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, ad managers and AI tools. You'll quickly learn new tools.
Growth Mindset
You think experimentally, like to test new things, learn from mistakes and optimize continuously. You are independent, structured and have the drive to move things forward.
Strategic & hands-on
You can develop and implement strategies yourself. You're not just a theorist; you're hands-on and get things done.
Your background
You have a degree in business administration, marketing, communication or a similar field — or comparable practical experience.
languages
Fluent German is mandatory, good English is a plus.
